Dang the king of Rohan is straight up Saitama, got that one-punch power in him.
War of the Rohirrim is, unfortunately, quite forgettable. It has a pretty meandering first 40 minutes where events just sort of happen finally leading to the Helm's Deep part of the film. I have a lot of thoughts on this one, so brace yourself
The TLDR: this is a great film that has a ton of personality and easily cements itself in the top 10 of superhero/comic book films (as seen in my ranking here). However, it does falter in its final act, which trades detective story for disaster-action. This doesn't ruin the experience, but feels like a missed opportunity given how good the first two acts are.
