  A certain actor-musician’s face showing up on a hot sauce bottle should guarantee a 5er from me on paper…but not quite. Loses a little steam down the stretch run, but still a pretty great time with an amazing 30-40 minutes in the middle. People overly concerned about RiJo being too online need to procure a mirror or touch grass

  Getting to finally see this in a local theater, after every indication I would not, ranks as the (only?) triumph of the year. Still half as triumphant as a man in his seventh decade behind the camera presiding over something so knotty and classically constructed. It’ll basically be up to him or Fred Wiseman to top it, but for now I can comfortably call this the greatest movie I may ever see by a person this old
