  This really was an exceptional movie. You could see the progression of Donnie actually turning into a wise guy as the movie went on. You could see the disappointment in his face at the end when he had to go back to his normal life. You really wonder how far he would have gone if the FBI didn’t pull the plug on the project. Someone get Al Pacino a vape he didn’t stop smoking once the whole movie

  The Thing 1982

  I wasn’t sure if this was a horror or a comedy. From seeing guys and dogs get their organs turned inside out, to the 1950s cartoon style running “mysteriously” out in the snow. A very enjoyable movie. Can’t wait for the thing 2.

  One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest 1975

  This was a movie my mam has been telling me to watch for years and it’s a toss of a coin between this or Shawshank as the best movie I’ve seen to date. This is certainly more lighthearted though. Some of the scenes were hilarious with McMurphy essentially babysitting. The acting from all to portray mentally ill characters was very well done. Nurse Ratched was an excellent villain, keeping her voice lowered but aiming to bring the patients down with her intrusive questions and labelling it as “therapy”.

  A really enjoyable real life game of cluedo. Who did it? What was the motive? It does a great job of keeping you reeled in by making you think you have it all added up, then throwing you off the trail again. Once all is revealed at the end everything clicks and all the nuances throughout the movie come back to you.
