  Bro movie, cybernetic Taken™, karate wielding hotshots killing people with sneezes, vintage cars, dark alleys, dark red, a bar called “Bad Bones” or “Old Bones” or something, knives, bad haircuts, cops with drones and a loving mother. Whew

  The Gorge 2025

  Very cool alternate history, eldritch horror kinda science fiction. Anya Taylor Joy and Miles Teller have absolutely incredible chemistry throughout. Charisma off the charts. Not to mention a great soundtrack. 

  It’s too bad this was a direct-to-Apple release, I think it would’ve been insanely fun to watch in a movie theater. It feels like a 2012 blockbuster that I would rewatch every time I see it playing on cable.

  Best film of 2023. Phenomenally acted, beautifully shot, engagingly written. Shove your criticisms up your ass. I haven’t had this much fun in a movie theater in a very long time.. Saltburn is dark, hysterical, sad and everything in between. Career high performances from Barry Keoghan and Jacob Elordi. I loved this as a spectacle- Saltburn is acid rock fireworks set to recession era pop 

  Also glad to get a lil Aemon Targaryen cameo
