I'm Thinking of Ending Things 2020

Absolutely stunning.
There is very little this film does wrong, and it truly improves the more thought it is given. The double meaning of title did not register with me until the film’s climax, at which point it hits so painfully as the main characters intent becomes clear. I had never thought it possible to communicate an internal monologue through the medium of film in such a masterful way. Kaufman’s writing remains second to none.
A genuinely fascinating and beautiful film, with exceptional performances across the board. 10/10
