Ive seen a lot of Reviews of this film that say ‘good film, but second half was a bit weak’.

This film is a failure.
However, this film is not bad. In fact, it’s a good film. It’s well directed, well written, brilliantly acted, decently paced, decently shot and well edited. Overall, it is a complete work that stands out as a creative achievement worthy of the talents of its actors, writers and crew.

There was a fundamental lack of energy in this film that stemmed from the actors, from the script, from the painful (miserable even) piano plonking, from it all….
Oh and the script, and the line delivery. Ahhh
Like, this was such a painful watch given that the pay-off for my time was a deeply unenthusiastic warning about the pitfalls of marriage through a rather tellingly 90s lens of mild misogyny. Also Tom cruise is a little psychopath.
