  One of the most powerful moments for me is when Skylar finds out that Will doesn’t have any family, and instead of letting her in, he tries to shut her out. The rawness of that scene his fear of vulnerability clashing with her genuine love is heartbreaking yet so real. It perfectly captures how past wounds can make it hard to accept love, even when it’s right in front of you.
