A good time for the family, full of colour, great songs and decent performances.

Oh boy, what a load of guff! Marginally better than the original though.
It’s very unique and technically very imaginative in terms of its design, sound and animation with lots of Japanese flourishes that actually made me smile. Other than that though I found this story completely banal and horribly written. DC do some great animation films, this is not one of them. Please see Batman: Mask Of The Phantasm, The Dark Knight Returns Part 1 and 2 or Batman: Under The Red Hood for far superior Batman animated films.

Valentines Day treat right? Not quite.
LOVED the premise of this movie and the first 30 minutes are great, building up the tension and the mystery, it’s top notch stuff. After that the reveals come flooding in and it loses its appeal somewhat. Miles and Anya are great here and there’s some cool visuals and designs in The Gorge but it’s wrapped up all too neatly to be truly memorable.
Wanted to love this, especially on Valentine’s Day, but it’s beer and pizza instead of Roses and Wine.
Is it really a Brave New World?
Not really, but this isn’t as bad as some people will say, I actually really enjoyed a lot of this effort. I like the new incarnations of Cap and Falcon, I love all the Hulk stuff, I love the “Celestial Island” FINALLY being recognised and playing a further part in extending the Universe.
Cap Vs Red Hulk was great too. It’s a good movie, just not a great one and will not ever be in anybodies best of MCU list.
Let’s see where we go from here but it will be nice when the Avengers eventually Assemble again.
