  Ok sorry but all you art hoes need to CHILLL about this movie. Yes, visually, it’s beautiful but then why couldn’t it have been a music video or short film? 

  The dialogue is so hard to get through. I liked this film best when no one was speaking, especially Vincent Gallo. 

  You give any straight cis-man the opportunity to star and direct in his own film and he’ll give his inappropriately young female love interest (Ricci was 17 at the time), the character depth of a blow-up doll. But seriously, at what point during the film did Layla actually act like a real human being?
