  One of my favourites as a kid, notorious for an extremely rare glimpse into a butch-femme lesbian dynamic while then sadly devolving into the classic hetero settle down story, with sprinkled in Native American racism you expect in a Hollywood 1950’s western. Despite its huge flaws, it’s still dear to my heart and I still know all the words to every song. Doris day is a great actress, Howard Keel is a dreamboat and Allyn Ann McLerie is beautiful.
