Did really enjoy this film but surprised at how many Oscar noms it got!
Timmy was good in it, unrecognizable as himself sometimes throughout the film, but have defo seen better Timmy performances.
Loved Ed Norton in this!

One of the most tragic films I have ever seen. So much tragedy it almost became comic.
Glad I didn’t know the story behind it all before I watched it.
Didn’t expect to ever feel so sorry for Zac Effron.
Much stronger second half than first
One of the best films I have seen, and the reason Luca is one of my favourite directors.
An insane performance by every actor in this. The score, beautiful. The cinematography, beautiful. Some of the scenes and gore done so well that I think half the packed cinema I was in left. This was due to it being paired with equally as gorey sound design ... bone crunching.
A love story between two caniballs which made me nearly bawling in tears by the end of it. What a storyteller Luca is.
