Okay, so this is my second time watching this and I didn’t really enjoy it as much but it’s still really great. I think Lynch is a real master of suspense. Frequently, shots will just be of empty hallways (or summin like that) and I just feel and edge-of-my-seat tension waiting for something to pop out—but it usually never does—and that’s a big part of the fun for the first go-round.
