  Exactly what i was thinking?! tf was that scene with the dad?!?!
  Ms. Cobel and Mr. Robot brought me here, but i guess it just doesn't hold up in this day and age. Of course, i knew going in it's a 90s film but i guess i just felt sad seeing Patricia Arquette objectified like that.   ngl what pushed me to finally watch was finding out that Christian Slater plays a dirty old man in this 🤣

  me and my love for absurd movies that make me feel awful and make my brain work to decipher the meaning (i am so pretentious)

  i've seen people commenting that the acting is "bad" but that's the point of yorgos films, the line delivery is intentionally unnatural and unnerving to make you feel uncomfortable (but i think it was done best with The Killing of a Sacred Deer)

  also, the loner leader actress is so pretty

  also, why did i not realize that the male lead was played by the same actor as the dad in Sacred Deer?!
