Another review mentioned how the movie could have been weirder or more satirical or absurd — I agree. Very interested in reading the book because I get the sense that a lot of nuance was missed in the film adaptation. That being said, I found it engaging and entertaining. Lots of funny moments, a few good gross body horror ish moments. I thought Amy Adams was great.
