was going in expecting to hate it. hate it, i did not. that being said, i didn't love it. 43 minutes in I asked when the movie was going to start. Stale and disappointing. I hate how picky I am about films and films like these feel so rushed and like I am being pandered to instead of really watching something relatable to a real life queer experience. Love the premise of coming out later in life but the movie still feels like I’m watching immature high schoolers converse. I’m tired of watching the same corny movie over and over honestly.
