Still the best Transformers film and legitimately one of the more traumatizing films of my childhood as the movie spends the first 20 minutes killing everyone you know from the animated series to make way for a whole new line of (inferior) robots. Excellent soundtrack and some brutal robot violence make up for some silliness in the middle.
On a side note, is Earth the only planet with organic life? Every other planet in the Transformers universe seems to be robots...
