  Sci fi lovers are eating GOOD these past few years, y’all! I had so much fun with this one! As many others, I got a big Okja vibe from this one in terms of tone and silliness with some commentary. Everyone brought their A game, of course!

  I kinda missed movies where they felt contained and streamlined like this one. Felt great to watch it :)

  He was doing WAY more than flickering the lights, people!!! 😳

  Gothic Horror is so back, y’all. I couldn’t be happier. The way Eggers is meant to showcase his love for Gothic Horror, is truly a testament to his work. I FELT the dread and terror from every character, every piece of dialogue, every camera angle and set piece. The sound REALLY took it home with Orlock especially, giving him such a threatening presence throughout the film even the ones he isn’t in.

  I am so happy that one of my most anticipated film of the year lived up to the hype.
