  so hard to put any cohesive thought on paper. all i can say it is a masterpiece. 

  the film deals with a lot of very relatable themes everyone experiences in life. there’s a lot of loneliness, regrets, bitterness, life choices, disillusionment with life’s realities, ending up like one’s parents, and so on. it’s definitely a very self-reflection-inducing one.

  wanted to watch this again after reading zona by geoff dyer which is an excellent book.

  i devoured all the void and emptiness, and nothingness present everywhere in this film. it recharged my spiritual batteries.

  all the rust and disturbingly sad shade of green. oh god, beautiful

  as always, poetry in the film is ace

  i just love all the telephone/electricity poles in this film

  watching this is very comforting in that humans are so similar after all
