  First 5 star review on this account !!! Some of the best cinematography I’ve ever seen, truly incredible. So cool how it all took place during a singular day. It gave me major book vibes, so I’m kinda surprised it wasn’t based off anything. Seemed like a realistic portrayal of France in the 90s (and probably today) and an insight into masculinity displayed through these characters. The themes of this film are still so relevant, one of the best films I’ve seen that shows the justified animosity towards the police. Very tight writing and performances as well.
