  Someone get that Jessica Jones requel kicked off— we need Kristen Ritter in a solid, leading role again. I suppose it was worth it to check in with Jim Carrey.

  God damnit, George Miller did it again. I’ll admit, I was worried. Prequels are so tired at this point and the trailer’s look didn’t grab me. I really had no hype until Canne. And it delivered.

  It’s very different from Fury Road as they wisely did not try to recreate that propulsive experience a second time. This time, it’s much more slow. So much so, that I wasn’t sure I was feeling it thru two chapters. But the film settles…
