  Thank god for subtitles, or I would have missed Vanya’s mom yelling “I breastfed you!!” on the plane. What a relatable moment for moms everywhere!

  There is a scene where Natalie Portman is walking through a high school, and some kid tries to impress her by reaching up and hitting the ceiling, and it was the most accurate portrayal of a teenager I’ve ever seen. This has nothing at all to do with anything other than me being a middle school teacher who has seen that move dozens of times. The extra half star is for his performance.
