  The story doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it captures the essence and charm of the looney tunes, while still adding a few modern touches. Bottom line: It’s a ton of fun.

  Has an interesting idea from the start, but never executes on it. A few performances aside, pretty much everything was executed poorly. Even the way the movie was shot seemed to start off stronger than it finished. The thing that hurt the movie most in my opinion was that it was crucial for us to believe that Moretti was this larger than life icon, and Malkovich did not bring that to the role.
