  my first cronenberg. it was a bit boring at times but i still really liked it. i love how deeply personal the subject matter was to him. oliver reed ate!! hearing him say mummy and daddy traumatized me more than any of the body horror scenes. 

  can’t wait to one day have a kid of my own and send them off to school in a cute vintage lil rainbow snow suit

  was wondering why the reviews of this movie are so low and then i noticed it's because majority of the people judging it have not and will not experience anything remotely close to this situation. funny how people who claim the gang drama is too dramatic are people who have never met a gangbanger in their entire life. i get pointing out the white saviour trope but the reality is majority of teachers are white women. and what we aren't…
