End of Watch 2012
I really liked the storyline of this movie and just how consistently entertained I was. There were multiple POVs going on throughout, which I thought was a p unique way to film a cop movie. There were a good few cheesy scenes, which was kinda weird bc there were some crazy fucked up and intense scenes too; like the movie couldn’t decide what era it was filmed in.
One thing I want to highlight is Jake Gyllenhal and Michael Peña’s chemistry. It really felt like I was watching my own friendships and added a level of relatability to the movie I hadn’t expected, but really appreciated.
