  seeing this the day after reading the bell jar does a number on the psyche. This movie does a great job of making you feel slightly insane/ depressed/ nihilistic. beautiful 70s LA aesthetically so so gorgeous and all over the place — glad I read the book prior

  I’m unemployed so I’m watching a lot of movies but 3 in a row that I don’t like is making me really sad 

  I think the tone of this movie didn’t hit for me and maybe I’ll love it in a few years but it just felt so obvious and I thought mark ruffalo was bad and I don’t want to see people keep playing Trump inspired characters. Also this felt like a total rip off of the Miyazaki movie…
