Action packed.. Slightly comical graphics/costumes for the wolves. But I was hooked to the screen so always a bonus.

Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings 2011
One of the better movies to the sequel. I wouldn't say it's "the beginning" though because they mention that the urban legend was the families ate each other and were inbred, a beginning would be finding these "boys" and their back story.
Assumption is that they institute made them kill, but family legend says otherwise? ...
