Why is this movie not talked about. A high Phoenix investigating a case I mean... 🙌. Never seen such a movie astonishingly cinematic, even the slight details and shots. Great camera work as well as dialogue.

Film very much underrated
I mean the concept of changing the pretty much fucked up city into an Utopian megalopolis is just crazy, specially in the way Coppola narrates it.
The line where the narrator says smt like: "...change is misinterpreted as pleasure" made me think about the whole movie and societal life of today it's self. It's crazy how in the movie celebrities and the rich are the distraction of the people from the terrors and madness of the politician's actions.

The sicilian nature in all of the characters is so accurate, especially on Morelli, I mean he nailed the main character. The way the film is about different stories from different people put together, and how desperate they all want to be rich and famous is a lil desperate.
Tornatore did a great job on camera work, dialogue and perfect ending.
