On one hand, appreciate the fact that Arnold pretty much gets closure for every element in his life: he finally accepts and returns Helga's love, Arnold gets his parents back, and the show gets the ending it has always needed. The animation is pretty good by modern standards, and the voice actors chosen for Arnold and Gerald match the way both characters sounded in early seasons (guess Gerald's tonsil operation finally smoothed over lol).

For a movie that’s often considered a “stoner film,” there is a shitload of dry humor here that you’ll need a sarsaparilla to wash it down with. Really original spin on a crime film, I’d almost call it an anti-crime film. Just a joy to watch every single time, and I always find a line or two of hilarious dialogue that I missed in the previous viewing.
