Pretty disappointing given the level of talent involved here. Just not as many laughs as you’d think and the story just has too many threads to be interesting or unique. Sandra oh is always great though, would love to see more comedic roles for her!

No Hard Feelings 2023
Very solid comedy! Jennifer Lawrence is great, both in her comedy (the beach!) and her ability to play the dramatic aspects of the role (gentrification of mountain!). And Andrew Barth Feldman is a great talent, totally holding his own against Lawrence. It’s not groundbreaking but a solid comedy and a fun watch.

Clearly the worst of the live action shorts. I appreciate the attempt at telling a story centering two marginalized people, but the execution fell flat. The writing was cliche, if not a bit patronizing. And the filming was shoddy and uninteresting. There are more interesting ways to tell this story.
