  I really enjoyed this film and the performance of the cast. Timothèe Chalamet in particular, I really felt all the emotions he went through throughout the film. All the confusion and fear and then love and lost was beautifully done.

  I enjoyed this film but it’s not something I think I’d watch again or really recommend. Unlike other Jane Austen adaptions such as pride and prejudice, which I could watch hundreds of times.
   My main issue with this movie was the male lead. I don’t know his other works so I can’t say whether I think he’s a good actor or not but I felt zero emotion from him and he seemed stiff and uncomfortable throughout the movie. I felt none of the love and longing that the two main characters were supposed to have towards one another from him.

  I’m a huge fan of the original movies and when I heard they were making another one I honestly thought it was going to be trash. But I loved it, it had the same elements and ideas as the trilogy but they were able to make it new and interesting. It had brilliant writing and made a lot of references to the old ones without being cheesy.
