    One of those films that builds up a great mystery and then doesn't have any answers so just ends.

    Which is a shame because Madeline Brewer is really good in the lead, and the film touches on some important themes.

    Much has been said of how gorgeous this film is, and how it was made with a much lower budget than much worse looking films - and Gareth Edwards must be absolutely commended for that.

    Loved the casting here too, from our lead AI girl, to Alison Janney, Gemma Chan & Ralph Ineson - all fantastic but not obvious choices.

    I'm sad to say though, that I just don't love Washington as a leading man - he always comes off uninterested…

    Fascinating, eye opening four part documentary on the history of British cinema, from the 60s onwards.

    I learnt a lot and it also made me cringe how few of particularly the earlier classics I hadn't seen!
