I describe this more as being fun than funny. It almost feels better as a drama than a comedy.

The acting is absolutely terrible but what would you expect? This is clearly a bunch of friends having a fun time making a no budget film.

I think Randall's monologue was actually a highlight for me. I like the simple slice of life feeling that this film has whilst also being suprisingly philosophical at points.

    ★★

Other than a couple amazing special effects, this film is terrible. I thought that the concept had such potential and was very excited to see it. There were times where I thought it coul be a comment on social anxiety or loneliness. But no, the plot feels forced and I didn't care for any of the characters at all.

I don't usually like to write bad reviews but I felt I had to just for the lead performance in this film. Honestly, one of the worst performances ever. Every word he said sounded fake.

Will Dormer is one of the most underrated police protagonists. Al Pacino completes now one of my favorite character arcs in this brilliant psychological thriller.

LAPD detective Will Dormer is assigned to a homicide case in Alaska. It is here where he must battle against the mind games of himself and the skillful suspect killer played by Robin Williams. Whilst trying to rest in a place where the sun never seems to go down.

Both Pacino and Williams (also co…
