Basically empty calories, as most OVAs are. Great character animation, cute designs, fanservice that doesn't rely on sexual violence - this isn't great, but the fact that I came away from it liking it as much as I did just shows how low lemnear has set the bar for 80s OVAs about cute girls in metal bikinis with superpowers.

Legend of Lemnear 1989
I went into this knowing more or less what it is - a pulpy fan-service-heavy anime with a metal bikini-clad heroine and a dude with more muscles than John Cena. Just once, however, I'd like to see something like this where the fanservice ISN'T centered around threats of sexual violence or sexual slavery.
On a technical level this is perfectly competent, with occasional moments of nice animation and an interesting, if sometimes goofy, aesthetic. If you like Urushihara's character designs…

A View to a Kill 1985
Really only good in comparison to its two immediate predecessors. Grace Jones was hot (and great in the role!), Christopher Walken was a great choice for the villain, and I wish Allison Doody had a bigger part.
