this movie is a respite to the ailment modern scholars refer to as daddy issues. giamatti in all his father figure glory. my goodness. that was spectacular. the setting is kinda like dead poets society but more emotionally complex, we are all humans, baby! living in this world, we need to love each other cuz deep inside we are the same clump of cells going through life. da’vine and paul better win these oscars, this gets best picture like sorrryyyy…
