  bro i’m ngl, the only reason i finished this was so i could record it on letterboxd. 

  shit was ass imo, i know i’m somewhat of an outlier but James Franco was painfully unfunny and his supposed “comedic” scenes were about as forced as a lifelong constipation patient trying to go to the toilet. 

  also direction was absolute rubbish with the majority of basic dialogue scenes having some sort of continuity issues. edit is criminal. jokes are flat and any joke which is supposed to be “self aware” or satire was just absolute piss. 

  i laughed a lot at the opening scene with Eminem though!

  yooooooooooooo!!! 
  this is fantastic.
  talented cast, well paced, well acted. excellently clinical direction! it just lets the subject matter speak for itself but mixes in splashes of fun and technical transitions throughout. SUCH A JUICY COLOUR-GRADE BRO; this shit visually DUNKS on 99% of current hollywood films atm. 

  “Estos son los tiranos que vivieron de sangre y de rapiña. Aquí se lloran sus despiadadas faltas.” STRAIGHT CHILLS BROOOOOOOOO. incredible line in a stupendously tense and climactic scene. AND ANDDD it…

  I’d never think that i would be so engrossed in (what appears on the surface) to be a simple jury discussing courtroom evidence… IN A SINGULAR ROOM NO LESS. Immaculate writing, setting, conception acting and just fiction. absolutely SUBLIME.

  totally forgot to log this until now… SO COOL SUCH AWESOME SET DESIGN. i had a blast. 

  Bruce Willis you’re so so good. Brad Pitt’s most entertaining performance ever. such a cool film from a moment in time. don’t think smth like this could come out nowadays.
