    it was a frustrating half an hour watch on mubi to witness the white filmmaker's intrusive need to "understand" when baldwin spoke it as it is. he's "uncooperative". he's "not answering honestly". the one moment we get to see baldwin as he was is precisely when the white filmmaker's silent.

    You can't help but feel that there is something you can do for me. That you can save me. And you don't yet know that I have endured your salvations for so long, I cannot afford it anymore. Not another moment of your salvation.
