Overall I think Glass Onion is a solid film. It’s got some brilliant moments of direction and cinematography and a few great needle drops. I think its writing can be hit and miss at times, although it has some truly great moments.
The first act felt rushed, and there were several references to modern culture kinda forced (why the fuck is Benoit Blanc playing Among Us with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 💀).
I think pretty much all of the twists were really well…
Got to see the 10th anniversary edition in Dolby Atmos last night with my friends, and boy was it a blast. First time seeing it on the big screen and I absolutely love it. the soundscaping and visuals are immense in Atmos, and it made it an even better watch. I feel like this movie was made specifically for me, I love it that much haha. Probably one of my favourite cinema experiences ever.
This one really messed with my emotions. It's a rollercoaster ride through your heart and it's just so authentic. It feels like there was so much love put into this movie and that's what makes it so great. You can also kind of relate with all of the characters to some extent. Also the scene with them watching the movie was gorgeous. Criminally underrated.
