Jeepers Creepers 2 2003
After the reveal that The Creeper is a winged demon and not a rando serial killer, first movie kinda lost steam- so this sequel is never as strong namely because the titular monster lost most his mystique.
Most the cast is not particularly as likeable as Darry and Trish were and whole thing is more on the cartoony side sadly- but it still retains some aspects of what made the first one so good and is just a good monster flick all around.

I went back to this film a while ago afraid it wasn't gonna hold up- thought it was gonna be a 2000's piece of shit a la Fear.com- but luckily its just as good as i remember (even better) this is a really fucking good movie dude

As someone who secretly married his Robocop VHS copy- i hated this on my first watch, but on following viewings my opinion of it changed favorably (if slightly) the pretense of putting a human inside a bot to allow robots to patrol american soil its an interesting topic... but sadly it ends there. Whole remake feels too sanitized and honestly the originals worked in part because they werent.
Just the fact ED-209 its a perfectly functional war machine and not a badly designed product sums up why i dont hold this remake in high regard.Translated from by -
