  The trouble with this film is that everyone knows it's a masterpiece. It's become so ingrained in our culture with so many iconic characters and many more memorable quotes, that I almost feel like my mind has been made up for me. So how does one even begin to write a review for this film? Well, to be honest, I don't have one.

  A classic example of combining two separate genres and doing neither of them well. Tequila Sunrise is a crime adventure overly concerned with the romantic tug-of-war between a burnt out drug dealer (Gibson) and an FBI agent (Russell) over some bored and horny restaurant manager (Pfeiffer).
