a classic piece of wlw media that was so very formative to me and my journey to discovering and exploring queer love. definitely extremely romanticised and sweet and perhaps it doesn’t hit as hard as it used to now but it was definitely much needed in a period of time where queer media was sparse and angsty and a lot more taboo…. this movie presented queer love in a way that was all encompassing, pointed that happy endings were possible, and most importantly reassured that being in love with a girl was acceptable and okay. big props for that. special place in my heart <3

congratulations to tina fey for portraying 22 in a way that was annoying as intended but somehow endearing for the first time in my life! a good reminder to live and enjoy living and to not take the little things for granted :) gf also looked gorgeous today!!!
