Way of the dragon is a tiny bit of a step down compared to Fist of Fury. I think it sets up an interesting fish out of water story with a Chinese restaurant in Rome but it primarily stays inside the restaurant or in the back alley for a lot of the movie. Fist of Fury 1972
Improves on the formula of Big Boss by a lot. Jumps into the action a lot faster with some very well choreographed fight scenes. Bruce Lee dominates the scenes and absolutely is a man of boiling anger over the death of his martial arts master. The plot is actually good or at least decent it’s a lot better than Big Boss. Chinese vs Japanese…

Godzilla vs. Biollante 1989

Godzilla vs Biollante is one of the best Heisei era films mainly because it ties the human and Kaiju stories together and it feels like they actually are trying to stop Godzilla. Biollante could have had…

The Big Boss 1971
First Kung Foo movie here. It was pretty uneven with some excellent fight scenes but in between those a poor plot that exists just to show the fight scenes. I like the part where he grabbed the dude by the balls and later sent him through a wall loony toons style.
Overall enjoyable but uneven kung foo movie. Bruce Lee is pretty enjoyable to watch when he gets going.
