  I nearly went with 3.5 stars for this one. But, I figured the fight choreography, the standard high technical qualities of most Korean films, and the general presence of power that Ma Dong-seok exudes still warranted the 4-stars. This is the third film in the Roundup series and definitely my least favorite.

  This film has been on my watchlist for a long time. I always felt like it was one I ought to watch with some preference due to the acclaim, but kept putting it off. Perhaps it was the fact that the name came off as a bit disconnected to me. I'm not very keen on geography and the location being the focus of the title didn't exactly entice me to action.
