See this alone for Peter Boyles performance. Stay for the extreme irony of the third act and I’m talking everything before the “shocker” ending. Definitely a black comedy of sorts but also an interesting look at higher and lower classes each almost envy of one another. Actions aren’t justified but it does a good job of making you understand why they feel the way they do.

George Miller is an outstanding Action Director and this a near seamless prequel to Fury Road. Fantastic world building. Ana Taylor Joy continues to wow and Chris Hemsworth is fantastic in this. He plays heo and villain roles seamlessly.
