Objectively a fantastic film, full of great parallels and thematic messages! I think there is also a lot to say about the structure of the film and the subversion of expectations. Little Women 2019
Didn’t know what this movie was about asides from possibly very short women and potentially some cute, comedic moments. What I got was women of average height, some incredibly emotional and solid performances, and a whole lot more, as Adam Sandler says, “CHALAMET!”
