To be fair I did spoil myself the entire thing before deciding to watch it after all, and Idk I think the double mirroring thing is overrated. Best part was Nina getting the evil eye contact lenses and dancing the heck out of the Black Swan part in the final act.

A beautiful cinematic masterpiece about the food industry! It’s now one of my favorite horror movies, although perhaps it’s because it felt like a drama movie that just happened to kill some people on the side. As someone who worked in the food industry and also grew up in the performing arts, the theme resonated with me.

Oz the Great and Powerful 2013
I genuinely don’t get the hate for this movie. It’s a great prequel story to “The Wizard of Oz” with a great cast. It’s always compelling with beautiful color grading and great payoffs. I’ve seen this movie 5 times now and it’s always enjoyable.
