8.5/10 from me! Not as good as Parasite (to me, Parasite is the pinnacle) but deeply funny and weird and touching! And, as always, scathing social commentary on class, capitalism, and humanity. Bong Joon Ho is one of The Greats imo.
Pattinson acted his ass off in a Gonzo-esque performance (LOVED) and I was deeply obsessed with Naomi Ackie and her character.

Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead co-directed and co-starred here in this bizarre and satirical film about two fast friends/neighbors blasting cigs and making a documentary about a floating rock in their apartment complex. Sundance #2

Loved the director Bryn Chainey coming out and explaining his inspiration for this — the fear, the shame, the secrets that rot us. Beautiful, important film. Funny and touching and heartwarming. Olivia Coleman and John Lithgow stun. That being said, muddled and repetitive at times. I think it being such a personal story to Hyde made her keep some scenes that could’ve been cut. I think I was deeply affected seeing it as my first Sundance premiere. Still, a film that radiates love and life wholly and ultimately.
