The movie could certainly have been better. However, I do not think it is possible to have better music and performances. Dear lord.

Seeing First Ave and 7th Street entry in a movie was also a bit of a surreal experience. Hopefully Minnesota can start being featured in more films again.

As a big fan of his music, I cannot believe it has taken me this long to finally watch it. I am very fortunate I was able to see it in a Dolby Atmos cinema.

A hilariously absurd satire on the entertainment business, the “watering down” of art, technology, and human resilience.

The self awareness is so brilliant and tasteful. A Japanese director largely influenced by American cinema…making an American style comedy…about the watering down and “Americanization” of art. However, it is so spot on.

A Japanese actor playing a German….that moved to New York….so they speak some English…but they also have a with a German accent…but it is all in Japanese while was a sight to behold.

The movie is almost better the next morning as you try to recall the insanely hilarious plot.

I’m not understanding the hate. It is not a perfect film, but it takes risks, and I like that. The camera moves once the entire film, and it works.

The use of AI with the younger faces and much of the CGI did feel a bit off. Although, it did not keep me from enjoying the film otherwise.

It made me reminisce about my own past, appreciate the present, and embrace the future.

While I enjoyed the film and have not read the graphic novel, I think “Here” would be a fantastic play.
