I’m convinced that you could play Time at the end of any film and it’ll automatically be regarded as a masterpiece

C'mon C'mon 2021
Sonder - (this movie) the profound awareness that each person you encounter, even strangers, has a life as rich and complex as your own, separate from your perspective.
I have to keep the memory of experiencing this. It encourages cultivating resiliency instead of supporting any superficial positivity. Even if it’s with a 9 year old kid, it doesn’t matter, he’s human. Everyone deserves truthfulness and respect, and with that, then they get to decide their own path of adaptation that corresponds with that experience.

The Pursuit of Happyness 2006
An instant classic, I first watched this movie when I was a kid and did not really pay attention, but watching it as an adult now it really hits harder than before. But, no matter how many times I see it, the scene when Will Smith claps his hands in uncontrollable happiness always brings tears. Tears of happiness. This film makes me happy in a heavy sort of way and gives me ultimate satisfaction. But, it can always be only a pursuit? Can't we ever actually have it? This is an eternal question.
