Woke up this morning craving a watch. 5th watch I think? Am I allowed to say this is my favorite film oat? Feels kinda illegal— it’s devastating. But incredible, probably the most emotion-invoking film oat. Also everything is perfect. Nothing I would change about this film and basically no room for improvement either. The multi-plot thing going on is also so key to the main theme, multi-plot is nice.

     99/100

Sitting around 89/100 imo, masterpiece but not everyone’s cup of tea. Honestly not mine either but such a respectable and emotion invoking film.

    Never watching again lol

FINALLY Bruce Willis actually gives a shit about a role. He delivered. Also this is Brad Pitt’s best performance of all time. Easily. Probably Bruce Willis’ too now that I think about it.

First of all I think this is one of the best sci-fis ever. It’s different, did everything I wanted that 28 Days Later didn’t do, and the “what could’ve been a sad ending” left me super satisfied. While every bone in my body wants to say this…

So I kinda accidentally watched the directors cut first. And ngl when watching the og I was kinda upset. The directors cut just has so much more and is overall just better. Like the fact that Donnie’s pills were placebos— so important to the film and yet left out of the original cut. It’s actually impossible to fully piece together this film without that additional info. No mention of the specifics of the time travel book?

    I can’t stand behind…
