Admittedly the original Snow White is so basic that there is room to expand on it with a remake, but instead they took the same approach to retelling the story that Pasek and Paul do writing musicals: technically proficient but without any passion or soul behind it.

The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie 2024
Well this was a fun little romp. Very much like a feature length episode of the most recent series of shorts that plays around with 50s sci-fi tropes and Looney Tunes history. Sucks that WB just dumped it out without any fanfare the same weekend they removed every Looney Tunes short off of Max. Absolute disrespect.

Half a star is the lowest rating I can give this “movie,” but it’s a straight up 0/5. This has no place in cinemas, this is straight up propaganda by a man who represents the worst parts of humanity. It misrepresents history, it legitimizes conspiracies, and it is completely unhinged from reality. And on top of all of that, it is incompetent. I made better movies for my Media class in high school than Dinesh will make in his entire lifetime.
There are more theaters near me playing this than Won’t You Be My Neighbor, and I think that’s the biggest travesty. Fuck this contemptible garbage.

Let's start out with the fact that within a year the production team completely recast. Losing directors between entries, that happens all the time. Losing a single cast member, that can happen on occasion. Having to recast the ENTIRE cast is a bad omen.
